Privacy Policy

Ninth Theory only collects information you choose to send, such as your name, email address and project details when making an enquiry.

Your information is used to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and provide relevant creative services.

For equipment rentals, we also collect your booking details, photo ID, address evidence and any insurance documents you upload. We use these to verify your identity and address, review insurance and prepare your rental handover. Verification documents are stored privately and can be accessed by you and authorised Ninth Theory administrators.

Upload only the evidence needed for verification. You may redact unrelated financial transactions from address statements. Replacing an ID or address document removes the previous file and requires a fresh review. Contact mark@initialone.co.uk to request removal of documents you no longer need us to hold.

We do not sell your information. For any privacy request, contact mark@initialone.co.uk.
