Hire Request
Every booking has a one-day minimum. Return next day by 10:00am for one day’s hire; returns after 10:00am are charged as an additional hire day. Same-day returns still count as one day.

Camera & production equipment hire
Rental support for Leicester, London and UK productions.
Ninth Theory supplies selected camera, lighting, grip, audio and production equipment for music videos, events, interviews, campaigns and independent productions. Build a quote from the live catalogue, then confirm availability, collection or delivery and any crew support needed.

Rental Requirements
Insurance must be arranged before pickup, drop-off or access before anything can be released.
ID and current address evidence are required.
Partner locations, homes and studios are subject to separate approval, rules and availability.
UK delivery, setup, location management and studio access can be quoted separately.

More than camera hire.
Ninth Theory can support productions with kit, accessories, props, set dressing, partner homes, studios, playback screens, DJ setups and production logistics.
Rental Notice
Standard notice is 24–48 hours.
Standard rental bookings require at least 24–48 hours’ notice before pickup, drop-off, setup or release of equipment.
Express same-day or next-day rental requests may be considered, subject to stock availability, scheduling and approval.
Bookings starting within five hours carry a £25 last-minute fee; otherwise same-day bookings carry a £15 fee. These do not stack. A £15 rental insurance fee is removed when your own policy is approved. UK delivery may be available at an additional cost if collection is not possible. All rentals remain subject to insurance, ID, address verification and booking approval.
